Horses In Pastels
When I grew up, I was lucky enough to have horses. My favourite was Autumn Leaf – a horse that my father called “The Blonde Bombshell” … her eyelashes were incredible, and she was the most beautifully natured creature imaginable.
From a photograph, I created this pastel of her :
As a result of a few local people seeing this picture together with the original, I was commissioned to paint the stunningly beautiful Rambo …
